Haleh Amintoosi is an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Engineering, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. She is also a visiting senior lecturer at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, UNSW, Australia (since 2014), and a member of FUM CERT lab.    

Haleh Amintoosi obtained her B.Sc and M.Sc in computer engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, in 2000, and 2003, respectively. She obtained her Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 2014. Her Ph.D. thesis topic was Trust and Privacy in Social Participatory Sensing.

 

Her main research interest focuses on computer networks and cybersecurity. In particular, she is interested in research at the intersection of networking and security. Her research areas include:
